Breedon Group plc is recruiting an Administrator to support operations at Marybank Quarry in the Western Isles.
This role suits someone organised and self motivated who is comfortable working across multiple systems in a busy operational environment.

The role

You will manage sales and purchasing administration.
You will collate and prepare month end accounts information.
You will process payroll input information.
You will maintain training records and organise training bookings.
You will greet visitors and connect them with the appropriate department.
You will provide hospitality for visitors and internal meetings when required.
You will provide administrative support to other departments.
You will ensure internal systems are kept up to date.

Working pattern

This is a full time permanent role.
The position is based onsite at Marybank Quarry in the Western Isles.

What we are looking for

Previous administration experience using multiple systems is essential.
Experience in a client facing role is desirable.
You must have strong attention to detail.
You should be able to work independently and manage your own workload.
You must be confident building professional relationships with colleagues and clients.
